Our prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We don't charge you a registration fee like many other schools do. A $150 U.S. deposit is required to hold your place in either the Basic or the Basic Plus program. All deposits are non-refundable but will be discounted from the total cost of program.
Payment Options
- Online using Paypal: Visa, Master Card, Debit - minimum deposit of $150. Don't forget that PayPal retains around 3% in fee for every transaction on the amount of your deposit.
- Bank-Issued Money Order or Certified Check: We suggest you send your payment by registered mail. It normally takes about two weeks to arrive here in Guanajuato. Please send your payment to the following address:
- At the Instituto: We accept U.S. dollars or pesos, travelers checks, bank-issued money orders, and certified checks.

Cancellation Fees
If cancellations are made 10 or more days before classes are set to begin, the Instituto will issue a full refund. Cancellations made within 9 days of the start day will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. But any student who pays that fee and reschedules within a year, will get a $100 discount on their tuition.
Additional Cancellation Rules: Students who have paid their tuition but are suddenly unable to attend class will be subject to a fee for the remaining of the ongoing week, plus 20% of the fee for the remaining classes. 80% of the fee for the remaining classes will be refunded. The Instituto also reserves the right to refuse classes to a student due to unacceptable behavior. The same refund policy applies in this situation.

Balance of Payment
By sending this registration, you agree to pay your balance due upon arrival at the Instituto.
If you plan to use your credit card at the Instituto, these are some important points:
- As you will have to use the PayPal system, please set up your account before arriving.
- On PayPal payments to cover the full balance of program, we will charge a 3% commission.
- We highly recommend that you write your PayPal password in a safe place since most of the students forget it once they arrive.
The entire balance must be paid in full before you begin classes.
